A manicure is usually very soothing and good for improving the texture and health of both your fingernails and the skin of your hands as it helps remove dead skin cells and improves circulation & stimulate blood flow. As well as leaving your hands and nails healthy and looking young a good manicure will often relax and soothe you too.

All manicures start with an analysis of your nail type and assess whether your nails are dry, peeling, soft, brittle, normal, damaged or post acrylic. We use Cetuem® products which can help the individual needs of your skin whilst nourishing your cuticles & natural nails and Shellac nail technology, which provides a longer lasting finish making your nails stronger and enhanced. The overlay last indefinitely with nail maintenance required every 2-3 weeks where the natural nail has grown underneath. Enjoy your treat!

Sistaco Nail Powder is achieving a perfect manicure in minutes. Professional nail products — be it dip powder or gel — are equally healthy for the nails. In fact, the most important thing to know about dip powder or gel is that neither inherently causes damage to the nail. Instead, damage is caused by improper application or removal of nail coatings.

Pedicures

Pedicures are perfect for removing hard dead skin cells from your feet whilst moisturising and softening skin and for the finishing touch shaping and colouring toenails. Essenziale Beauty Salon uses Cetuem® products which contain various aromatherapy oils & vitamin E which are combined to moisturise your skin whilst nourishing your natural nails and Shellac nail technology, providing a longer lasting finish making your nails stronger and enhanced.

Microblading

Micro-blading is a semi-permanent method of drawing eyebrows by manually inserting pigment into the upper layers of skin using micro blades, which simulate natural looking hairs with various lengths and densities. They are assimilating with skin pigments so a more natural look of the eyebrows are achieved easily, the entire shape of eyebrow is not filled with pigment (felt pen effect) as sharp & crisp stokes are drawn in the hairs natural direction to achieve full looking eyebrows.

The pigments that are used are of mineral origin, without heavy metals. A patch test is required for this treatment.

Information

• When it comes to having micro-blading done, a technician will take six measurements on your brow bone to make out the perfect shape for your brows.
• Semi-permanent make-up involves having pigment implanted into the epidermis using a fine needle – similar to a tattoo but the process is less painful, the “ink” used is usually mineral based and the results are not permanent.
• The process usually takes between one and a half to two hours and at least one touch up will be needed to get your final result.
• The healing process is relatively quick – but final results may not be visible until several weeks after your appointment because of how the skin heals.
• The results will not wash off and usually last for a couple of years – but can be maintained and kept for longer with touch ups, usually one a year.

Tinting

Having well-groomed brows & lashes can do wonders for your face, tinting is quick and will give your brows or lashes the depth and presence to enhance your eyes. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting is the perfect way to look defined without any make-up and with minimum effort. If you’re after a more dramatic look you can choose a contrasting shade or you can always top up your look with mascara, if you wish.

All tints require a patch test prior to treatment, and can last between 3-4 weeks – the time it takes for hair to grow or fall out.

Eyelash LIFT and Eyebrow Lamination

Eyelash Lift completely transforms the eyes without the use of mascara or lash curler. Even short straight sparse lashes can benefit from this revolutionary treatment, making lashes look longer and thicker even when wet. Your real lashes are lifted & curled to create a natural look to accentuate your eyes.

They are very easy to maintain, after 4 hours you can treat your lashes as you would do normally. A lash lift will typically last for 6 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle, so when the lash sheds it will come back with your natural texture.

Eyebrow Lamination is a relatively new procedure that focuses on creating shiny, smooth brows. Also sometimes called an “eyebrow perm,” the high-shine effects tend to be sought after by those who may be experiencing thinning or unruly brows. Unlike microblading, needles and coloring are not involved.

Waxing

Waxing is a method of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair directly from the root by apply a thin layer of wax to the skin. Depending on your own rate of hair growth, the time of year and how long you’ve had the area waxed, effects can last between 2 – 8 weeks. The main benefits to waxing versus other forms of hair removal are, effective at removing large amounts of hair at any one time, longer lasting re-growth which can leave hair softer and less prominent.

Tanning

Xen-Tan gives your skin a real moisture treat while gaining a fantastically natural looking tan, without those unsightly orange patches normally associated with fake tans. Whatever your preferred method of self tanning, Xen-Tan products offer different solutions which provide a beautiful fragrance of almonds, and a moisture rich, streak free application.

Getting that gorgeous natural glow can be tough, especially with the dangers of UV rays from the sun or sun beds. Rich in moisturisers, Xen-Tan nourishes the skin leaving a soft, smooth finish and provides a healthier and safe way in gaining that bronze goddess look!

Indian Head Massage

An Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body’s energies. This pressure relieving massage will really leave you feeling rested and is perfect for mental or emotional stress, stiffness in the shoulders, headaches and decongesting the sinuses. Increased circulation helps improve the overall blood flow to the head and face, meaning more oxygen and nutrients are supplied to hair follicles too.

Swedish Massage

A popular pressure massage that focuses on the build-up of stress and muscle tension in all areas around the shoulders and across the back. Botox

Botox (also known as Botulinum Toxin) injections are a non-surgical anti-ageing cosmetic treatment commonly used to treat all areas of the face. As these treatments can combat both fine lines and deep wrinkles by paralysing the underlying muscles, it is mostly used to effectively treat frown lines (glabellar lines) which appear between your eyebrows, crows feet along the outer corner of the eye & forehead.

Bocouture® – Licensed in the UK for cosmetic use with the innovative Botulinum type A formulation. The complex protein found in other botulinum preparations have been removed by an extensive purification process, meaning it is better tolerated with little, if any, loss of effect with repeated use. Due to purification the formation of neutralising antibodies are not stimulated even when used in high doses, therefore achieving similar results without the loss of effect and reduction, ensuring longer lasting effects.

Dermal Fillers

Injectable fillers are used to help fill in wrinkles, fine lines and deep creases improving other imperfections like scars, thin or wrinkled lips & plumping up cheeks. Most of these dermal fillers are temporary because they are eventually absorbed by the body. The effects last from 6 months up to 1 year.

REVOLAX Cross – Linked HA Dermal Filler injectable filler (injectable cosmetic filler, injectable facial filler) is a soft tissue filler injected into the skin to help fill the facial wrinkles, restoring a smoother appearance.

PRINCESS with Lidocaine is produced by the Austrian company Croma – Pharma GmbH, it is clear, sterile, biodegradable and mono-phasic cross-linked and non cross-linked non animal derived hyaluronic acid (HA) created through bio-fermentation. It can be used in almost any facial areas as required during a cosmetic procedure.

REVOLAX Deep with Lidocaine is a biodegradable, non animal based, crystal clear cross-linked Dermal Filler which has high visco-elasticity. It is a thicker and longer lasting gel to treat deep sized wrinkles and nasolabial folds or augmentation of cheeks, chin, forehead, lips & nose. This mono-phasic HA filler is to be injected deep into the dermis or subcutaneous tissue.
